Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be referred to abc356's internal dispute resolution team. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism for online gaming operators. The courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that proceeds to formal litigation.
